Burleson's Graduation Date from Georgia Tech...

Mike Slive claimed that Burelson did not graduate from an SEC school because he went to Georgia Tech. Well that all depends on when he graduated. If it was before 1964 then he technically did graduate from an SEC school, Georgia Tech was in the conference until that year.
...I don't know how old Dick is but he seems like a dinosaur. I tried to find this info but came up dry... anyone know?

Does that really matter? The only problem I see is that if the guy has any ties to Alabama he had no business being in that booth.

I sent an email to that Reporter from Fox8 about the taking down of the website. I told her that the article was fantastic and she is gaining much traction on the issue but she must remain steadfast. I feel if any reporter digs a little deeper into this they could find some "tangible" evidence of bias. Good reporters follow their reports through till the end. I hope this woman is in that category. I also mentioned that if they were cheating for LSU I would be just as upset. If we win or lose that's something we have to deal with but, malfeasance by SEC officials should not be tolerated!!!

That all depends. If you think what happened in Tuscaloosa on Saturday was just a set of random, innocent mistakes by an officiating crew both on the field and in the booth giving it their best shot and making all their calls in a tirelessly professional and unbiased manner...than sure.
If you think that there could be ANYTHING to the notion that bias played a factor in what happened in Tuscaloosa, and/or this game was just the latest in a string of high profile frickups/deliberately missed calls by SEC officials this year...than no.
Given that the call was so egeriously bad in the case of the Peterson pick and the SEC would not even COMMENT on it, than I think it would do LSU, her players, her fans, and the rest of the non royalty in the SEC a disservice to lie back and ask for another stroke from the SEC office without demanding an actual public answer regarding what happened on Saturday.
Maybe that's just me...
