You can't punish someone without FACTS, premature action is irresponsible on Miles part. It's ridiculous to say otherwise.

The same principle happened with Cam Newton and people were calling for him to be suspended before it was proven. Granted, VERY different magnitudes, but the principle still applies.

Exactly, Les still has 11 days to suspend them for a game. Usually suspended players are forced to still practice with the team, which is punishment because practice without a game sucks.
