Kelly tried turning LSU into Notre Dame.

They're not here to play school. Sure, I think many of these players should take academics more seriously, but that's just not the reality of what goes on at places like LSU.

I think Kelly would've been more successful at LSU if we weren't in the NIL/portal era, but it was clear the college game had passed him by.

I'll never forget in one of his press conferences, he talked about how he never wanted to go to the NFL and have a GM and all that stuff and it was obvious he was toast then. That's essentially how big time college programs are run now. Not being able to adapt meant his time was numbered, even if he wouldn't have been fired last year. Even worse, he didn't have to adapt because he had a gigantic buyout that no matter what he did, he would be fine. And for someone his age, he was more than happy being able to get fired and have that huge buyout waiting for him.

Having Woodward there meddling in the football program just made it even worse.

Can we please stop bringing up Brian Kelly. He reminds me of that fat girl you picked up and fricked when you were drunk out of your mind, and the next day you are saying to yourself "why in the hell did I do that?"

I really hate this guy. He sucked, he is still getting paid, and he wants to act like anything other than his shitty soft arse brand of football, and unwillingness to accept it, got him fired.

It’s like he missed the memo that we have high expectations here, because we have a reason to.

Hope he gets sued too so he can truly experience the lack of separation he refers to.
