Are you sure that is what happened?
And are y ou sure that all that money was used toward two five stars?
I hear that we missed by 200 k.
Are we now saying that 2mm apiece went to the other two? Because I believe we had 4mm burning a hole.

Does he think the few rich donors at LSU want to throw money down a hole to watch an 8-4 team?
Not about the few rich. It is about the many who give a small bit day in, day out, year to year.
For example, one-half capacity of Tiger Stadium (50,000) would commit $100/month. That is consistent cash flow of $60 million.

Pass the helmet during games. Like at church!

No I’m not sure. All of these numbers are guesses. We had a great day today.

frick BK! He knew the circumstances when he signed that 100 million contract be a better talent evaluator or leave.

I swear our fans actually believe Kelly inherited the same program miles and o did.
There’s retards on the LSU Facebook groups constantly crying for O and they seemed to have forgotten every other year not named 2019… selective memory at its finest.

he could put money back into the program like other coaches have done.

You mean like committing $1 million to the Tiger Athletic Foundation for the development of a new training room and recovery suite?

As LSU aims to improve its athletic facilities, head coach Brian Kelly is supporting the cause with his own wallet. The school announced Friday that Kelly is committing $1 million to the Tiger Athletic Foundation for the development of a new training room and recovery suite. The donation by Kelly sets a record for being the biggest by a sitting head coach in LSU history. The new training room and recovery suite, which is still pending approval by the LSU Board of Supervisors, will be available to athletes from all 21 varsity programs.

Holy shite.... Kelly inherited a kit car frame in this scenario not a Ferrari
Hey moron, did you miss the part about having a national championship offense with a Heisman winner going 9-3?
Did you also miss the part about “judge me by year 3” and it’s his worst year ever?
I’m not saying the team was a Ferrari that he inherited. I’m saying that throwing money at players is like buying a nice car for a toddler.
He can’t do shite with it anyway. They should just put aside 50% of whatever they were going to waste on players who won’t be coached well enough to make the playoffs, and buy him out sooner than later.

And fans will walk. This whole thing is insane and will only get worse.
I refuse to spend a dime towards it and if they add a NIL fee to my tickets, bye.

He needs to funnel some of his $9.5m annual salary to a NIL collective to keep his recruits and his job…. Just be smarter than the Pear Wade….
