MB is already the starter. The competition is a smoke screen for FSU to force them to prepare for a runner.

Dipshit, Brennan wasn’t here in 2016. Brandon Harris started the season and Etling took job from him. Etling was the starter going into 2017, Brennan was a true freshman so no he didn’t get beat out for the job. We had our starter in place.

He wasn’t named the starter until august 27th dumbass. Here’s one report with Ross Delliger providing some detail but the competition was covered the entire fall.

Jesus Christ another madden player. Let me try to explain something to you millennials who think just because a qb can run then that makes them a starter. If the defense knows said player can’t hit the broad side of a barn standing still in practice how do you think said defense plays??? Load the line stop the run and make him beat you trying to throw with the defense chasing him and him running for his life. PLEASE STOP WITH THIS RUNNING QB shite. Unless they are accurate passers in the pocket and on the run it doesn’t work. Burrow made all his runs because the defense was scared shitless he would torch them down field and left running room. It’s wasn’t because he could simply run. PLEASE STOP
