want it to be true as much as anyone. Just would like something more definitive than a radio show host that's been wrong before. None of those guys can always get the right info

Way more than a radio host show has confirmed a deal is in place, it just has to be approved by BOT and it will very soon. Nothing to worry about.

No way to really prove it false. It's just that he's been wrong before and there's nothing backing up that claim. I thought maybe OP had some other source to confirm what Cullotta said.

Don’t think it’s false. It just hasn’t passed the BOS yet. It’s still an agreed upon contract though.

If that's true, I wish we'd go public with it. Send a message to all the other schools and most importantly the recruits that we have our shite together and the Purple and Gold Pain Train isn't stopping after this year.

From Today...
quote:

Sometimes, decisions aren’t all about the Benjamins.
As the LSU Tigers prepare to pay big money to keep first-year passing game coordinator Joe Brady and the Texas Longhorns looking for a new offensive coordinator, Brady has emerged as one of the top two candidates for the position, along with USC Trojans offensive coordinator Graham Harrell.

Currently making $400,000 per year to serve an assistant to Tigers offensive coordinator Steve Emsminger, Brady is in line for a significant raise that has been in the works for several weeks. It’s likely that the contract offer from LSU to Brady will significantly surpass $1.5 million per season, perhaps even reaching $2 million, according to FootballScoop.com.

If Texas pursues the LSU passing game coordinator, it can pay him whatever he wants. So can the Tigers

I don't think there will be any problem here

Multiple true insiders on various boards. They wouldn't all be lying about a deal being in place and these are the guys with reliable info in the past so no reason to think they are lying about this one. The school obviously wont announce it till its approved but obviously makes sense they would have already got a deal in place with him done, no reason not to. The board doesnt just meet every week to look at these things though, they have their set schedule.

I feel very confident Joe wants to stay at LSU for at least 2-3 more years. Scott Woodward is going to offer him a nice chunk of change don't worry guys
A lot of programs will offer Brady very large contracts.

Still odd that there is no official word or confirmation of anything.

Even if he did sign a deal already, don’t know what provisons exist, maybe low buyout, etc.

I would think they would wait until after the SEC Championship game.

What does this have to do with anything?

Unless there is a link or quote or some kind of announcement, it's just speculation.

He has proven in the past he has a decent source. I also have a couple sources that give me nuggets here and there. You can speculate all you want, but don’t slight someone just because you don’t know anything.

And it being inside intel meaning it isn’t public knowledge. People that think understand this.

So if you don’t want to hear inside information, keep your trap shut while the rest of us enjoy it.

Thanks, and have a great day.

Yah sureeeeeeee I mean they don't have to mention his salary but they would mention he is locked down for good pen paper ink staamped u know that kinda deal?? Heard of it or is that foreign language yet?? He will be retained to stay at LSU after the season. The season not over yet, the guy only making 350k a year barely enough to afford toilet paper. And I'm in the wrong business

What everybody needs to realize is that Joe Brady is not just some replaceable assistant coach. He is part of the catalyst of how LSU did a 180 (with Burrow as qb)

There's an alarming amount of people that don't buy this.

What are you talking about? He never provided any other information other than "some radio host." There wasn't even any mention of any inside sources. It took 2 pages before anyone mentioned anything other than Culotta. Are you high?
