we'll see. we will definitely see. my guess is this isnt going to end well for either JJ.

For the "passed the LA bar exam" lawyers, what is the relevance of Johns being invited by the GJ to appear, but not Jefferson? D'Amico was at the GJ but did not bring Johns.
Answers? Curious.

I thought Unglesby said Jefferson may testify next week.

Moore doesn't want to be anywhere near this case.
fwiw, to prep for something like a GJ all you need is about 15 minutes with the file
it's not like there is THAT much evidence, yet

i personally think moore is using this to indirectly clear JJ, so nobody can claim any funny business. that's what i've been calling for a while...esp when they came down with felony charges
If he really wanted to use the GJ solely to indict Jefferson, the only people that would testify would be Lowery and friends.

However, Moore has already said they are putting actual witnesses in front of the GJ in this case
Perfect...I imagine a bunch of people are now shitting bricks about having to testify under oath.
I also know a DA can get anyone indicted in GJ or can have it no billed it all depends on how it is presented.

I know this to be true as well.

Nobody wants to be the one to clear/convict JJ.
It will go to trial, or he will cop to a lessor

Local news reported that Johns was invited to the GJ but did not show. His attorney, Tommy D'Amico did show.
JJ was not invited to the GJ today.
I was hoping that a lawyer could explain the relevance,if any, of this.
again, just curious.

(1) Johns was invited, but his attorney didn't bring him?
(2) Jefferson wasn't invited at all or just not invited for today?

this.
There will be an indictment fro GJ, he will cop to a lesser...life moves on.

Yes.
The news reported the Tommy D'Amico attended the GJ but opted not to bring Johns, who was invited.
At this point, Jefferson has not been invited.
It may mean zero. Timing issue???

you truly are an idiot. I said this is my guess for the outcome. As in a prediction. Not what I hope happens, not what I'm praying for to happen.
Are you really this stupid? I'll post what I posted again so you can re-read it. Try harder this time. (I put the important words in bold for your feeble mind)

Judging by your posting history when it comes to anything dealing with JJ, seems it's more your hope this doesn't end well for JJ.
You are on record as saying you were going to "laugh" when the G/J came back with an indictment.
How anyone could find humor with an LSU player being indicted is beyond me, but I guess you have to find your enjoyment in life where you can, huh.

Anyone know if any of the Grand Jury testimony is ever released? I'd be curious to read it.

at all you clowns melting down.
That's on the record too. But you, like the other feeble minded, are incapable of reading context.

another person who is "interpreting" my beliefs, despite the fact I have spelled them out specifically on this situation MULTIPLE times.
Continue to live in your delusional world, idgaf.
