LSU was clearly better than Bama this year.

The backup does not give them a better chance to win.

I goto Vegas all the time. I can tell you first hand Vegas doesn’t decide the game.

Utah was -6.5 against Oregon. How did that turn out?

If you’re so adamant about Vegas knowing everything then we’re screwed since we’re now +13.5 ATS in this game.

I’m down for bashing LSU but Tua doesn’t play defense and they would have lit up Bama regardless of who played QB.

Mac Jones in T-Town is better than 45% Tua. IMO, Vegas didn't know exactly how bad off Tua was, yet still gave 'Bama -7. If Tua was 100%, LSU wouldn't had the TOP they did, thereby scoring less points.

IIRC, the line with Tua playing with a high ankle sprain, jerry-rigged with zip-ties, was 'Bama -7. Had Saban been smart, Mac Jones would've covered that spread.

The Line was actually -4 on that Saturday. I wasn’t in Vegas but that’s what I was seeing online.

That’s pretty much unheard of for a team going to Tuscaloosa so maybe Vegas thought LSU was going to win?

If Mac Jones can’t beat Auburn, how is he going to beat LSU?

Just like how LSU has as many national championships as the Big 12 combined this century... only LSU is one school and the Big 12 had/has at least 10 schools

Don't even get started comparing the number of National Championships you have compared to OU, homie. You're WAY behind us in that department.

They legit responded to a game discussion on their OU board with Burrow is “unathletic and immobile”. I wouldn’t waste too much time on this one, they’re only here for uninformed trolling.

Well after watching Kyler Murray set all sorts of records running and passing last year and being drafted in the first round in both professional baseball and football, I would say my analysis there wasn't too far off.

Burrow's a great quarterback, but come back to me when he gets drafted in the first round of two professional sports.

I pretty much guarantee 600+ yds of offense and 50 points on your D. Whatever Lamb (and Hurts) gets won't be nearly enough.

I admire your enthusiasm, but just know you'll be going up against the 24th ranked pass defense and total defense (remarkable considering they play in the Big XII) that also ranks higher in sacks, tackles for loss, 3rd down defense, and we allowed fewer points against Texass than you did. (We also had more sacks against Sammy Ehlinger.)

The same way OU beats fosu every year, even with Blake Bell and Kendall Thompson taking the snaps. When you're owned you're owned. If Stoops would have kept Knight in the game in Stoolwater in 2013, we would have lost. So, in the end, it was Bell, and we beat them like we always do- just like Saban and LSU... we own them.

I forgot to add we also allowed 210 FEWER YARDS AGAINST TEXASS.

Yeah, is there really much of an argument about whether the Sooners can play defense or not?

I would literally hang myself if I ever saw my team lose 8 straight to a hated opponent. Not since the 1960's against a Darrell Royal-coached Texass team has OU ever been dominated like that against another school.

For real though smack talk aside, the problem with Oklahoma and the main reason their fans are so arrogant is because their local media reports on nothing but OU, Oklahoma State and the Thunder all day long every day, never covering any out-of-state teams anywhere. They hear so much propaganda that they actually start to believe the stuff they hear, then they’re shocked when they get beat by better teams because they had just spent three weeks listening to the news tell them Oklahoma was gonna curb stomp everyone. I haven’t lived anywhere else in the country that is quite as insular as Oklahoma.
