Look at the bright side, he’ll be available once Moore fails and is fired by the Saints.

Frick the Saints. I can't wait till the day they leave NOLA. Saints fans who think it won't happen are morons. The Browns left Cleveland and they were one of the first NFL teams.

Damn, that's a heavy statement because they hired a DL coach. He's a LA man, going to Saints.

LSU will be fine at DL. Peoples at DE and the next cat for DL interior will be good.

BK learned his lesson...

You’re probably right. Could be anything from the stress of recruiting or his DL scheme doesn’t fit what the with DC wants of philosophy disagreements.

It’s by no means a stretch to say he’s not only the best position coach on staff but likely the country.

No sugarcoating this. Davis was on his way to building a stud DL. The area lacking most talent and depth has been DL the last few seasons.

The thing about Davis also is he can legit coach guys up. Not just good recruiter. There’s not many or any on his level that can actually coach as good as recruit. It’s usually one or the other. Hell, he actually develops DL better.

This loss sucks. Of any coach on the team he’s the last one you’d want to lose due to what little he had when he came in. It’s concerning. Big question marks on both lines

It’s amazing the flow of college coaches to the pros or just getting out (ex Univ of Miami Basketball Coach) the NIL combined with recklessness of the portal has these guys not wanting to be part of it. I get it.

I absolutely agree but I don’t think this is the primary reason Davis left. I’ve heard from a couple of folks I know, that would know, there were some scheme and philosophy disagreements and another stated Bo and BK personalties clashed. Could be all bullshite but Davis loves the college game. He likes developing these young men at the age he gets them and he’s damn good at it.

Cmon man-on AFR/moscana , Pete Jenkins said that Bo was frustrated with nil. Bo wanted the 2 Dlinemen in the spring portal last year really bad and lsu wouldn’t match the highest bid. Bo never had that issue with Texas.

Pete also said Bo liked BK very much.

Bo Davis is a job hopper. He doesn't stay anywhere long.

They did exactly that!
LSU just took him from Texas so why ya so angry?!
Many coaches are not interested in the new NIL/noncommittal ways of the new college football.
More money in the NFL
He’s teaming up with a db coach that he knows and is pretty good
