Someone will have to research a charity that will help the hurricane victims that will actually use ALL of the money for the victims and not for the charity.

Can we just send excess donation straight to the Gulf County Sheriff’s Office/first responders?

This is gonna be awesome! Since the media reads this board, they will know about it. I think we could donate excess to either United Cajun Navy or Cajun Navy 2016 or Cajun Army, since I know those groups really help with supplies and needs after the storms and all the money goes directly to help people.

So, the issue with the gofundme is that it takes a while to be able to withdraw the funds. We don't have enough time for Saturday, and may not even have enough time for next week either. Also, you definitely would want to use an alias.
This project seems like it will cost a lot less, so I'd recommend just using venmo or PayPal and a thread on TD to organize. But, I'm in for a little cash and however you guys want to do it.

That's the same as fronting with a credit card as long as
the flyover business accepts credit cards.
All of these services, Venmo, Paypal and GoFundMe take a few days for $$$ to be transferred.
The ONLY service that is same day is Zelle and only a few banks have this.
I have it because I am with Wells Fargo. However, I have no real money in this account as this bank isn't in Louisiana.
All my money is in a local bank.
