Slow progressions are sometimes hard to notice. Went from the absolute best program in college baseball, to elite, to very good. That’s where LSU is right now. A very good program along with about 20 others just like it behind the 5-8 programs that are now elite

The truth is the rant still think this is 90s baseball. It was a different time then. Probably no coach at any program will ever be able to replicate that success. No one has even come close since.

LSU's hitting is the equivalent to LSU's passing game under Miles. We bitched about it every year.

After some needed changes, 2019 was a fun year (football), wasn't it?

I’m not sure there are 5-8 programs maintaining elite status. No program is making the CWS every year.
