Huh? Big Cat is the most ridiculously stupid football drill I’ve ever seen. High Knees is better.

I disagree. If it brings more excitement and energy to practices, then I'm all for it.

I remember how happy so many on here were when O put an end to the big cat Just a few years ago. Now they’re praising him for bringing it back. Funny how things change

I do a similar one with my players, but different sport. 1 on 1 "frick you" is essential to develop.

When I played in HS our version was the "cattle gap". We had a cattle chute built on the practice field and you lined up in the middle. To win you had to drag or push the other guy through the other end of the chute. It was the best part of practice and got everyone fired up.
