Best called game this year......

This and the UGA game. However, if you think the red zone issues that were still an issue in both games will just magically disappear, then I don’t know what to tell you. Those issues are the difference between games still in reach and complete blowouts.

Things have changed: Les Miles would not have thrown another pass after the pick six.

I’m excited about this offense moving forward. What worries me though is that it took us not running the ball well to force the offense to throw it. Once they started throwing it, they had a success and low and behold there were holes tonrun though. Even a team as shitty talent wise as UCF stopped is from running the ball when they knew we were or had to run.

I hope the staff sees that and commits to an actual unpredictable offense like we showed in the second half which allows both the run and pass to flourish

What I said was that all season fans called the same experts idiots for predicting a 7 or 8 win season but now they’re back to being experts because they agree with their new opinion.

also a strawman argument, what "fans" said the "SEC Now Experts" were idiots? Did the OP? Did you? You're just making a generalization and attributing your opinions to others...

bottom line, predicting 7 wins for the Tigers was wrong. Saying that play calling contributed to the win is correct...

Where's your beef?

The red zone play calling was shite just like it has been all season.

And it’s easy to look good when dominating the LOS. Something we could only do occasionally this year.

Dont grt your hopes too high. 10-3 this year, 10-3 possible 11-2 next year. No playoffs

I didn't see this at all. We could barely run in the first half. The defense getting 3 and outs and the huge TOP advantage allowed us to wear them down in the second half but I still think our weakest unit was/is our oline. Hopefully coaching, technique, experience, and strength and conditioning will bring the oline where we need them to be next year.

Its amazing how when Giles was out his backups were significantly better. Chase should have been starting all year. kid is a baller - catches everything thrown to him.

But this is been going on for years and it goes back to Les Miles. Beat the shite out of the weaker defenses then get your shite pushed in by good defenses.

Pro-style offenses don't do dick against good defenses. *See Michigan in the Florida game. You have to use misdirection, eye candy, Bunch sets, rub routes, quicktiming passes, rpos, dual threat quarterbacks, Etc. *See Florida in the Michigan game

I'm sorry but none of these things are the problem. This argument has been beaten to death but teams with far less talent, and I mean far less talent than LSU on the offensive line manages to look competent on offense.

It really is just one thing. Scheme and play calling. The offensive LSU has ran since Jimbo Fisher left, the offense that Les Miles and Ed Orgeron wants, doesn't do anything to help the offensive line. It expects the offensive line to be perfect and dominant in every game. That's not realistic, especially against SEC defenses.

Can you point to some specific play calls that you disagreed with yesterday. Also what about the scheme helps a player become more explosive off the ball?

Yep the negative people on this board for the most part do not know very much about the game. They could not draw a rout tree or explain zone blocking.

They are the same people..not literally..that wanted Charley McClendon replaced with Joe Paterno or Bear. Bryant. Or Woody Hayes. The point being that they can name drop They can position and posture about Fisher Herman or some other name coach. None of whom are ever coming here.

Have a nice day
