“A lot”, he is a slight favorite bc he has a prove it game. He probably can win it or lose it Friday night, but it’s a push at this pint
well Jayden's numbers are significantly better
I don't see a push at all
I see a big victory for Daniels
he's the best all year long
you can't win the Heisman by completing 37% of you passes behind the line of scrimmage.
sorry but I can do that, I've got a decent arm

Personally, I feel JD5 has it won. I dont watch every sports show and dont keep up with the betting odds. But, the talk I hear from voters is that JD5 has their votes. Now, hopefully, Washington and Penix can pull something out of their asses and beat Oregon on Saturday night. Should that happen, I feel confident that we WILL have our 2nd winner in 5 years...

Let’s just use that media weapon of racism to force them to vote for Daniels
Their own tools against them!

No he ain't and the reality is his passing stats still won't be as good if you go per game.

Betting on the Heisman isnt really like betting on a football game.
The Hesiman is decided largely by 870 media members who each have a vote, plus each of the 57 living Heisman winners have a vote.
The Vegas odds are driven by how people bet. But neither fans nor Vegas can have a real handle on how 927 people will vote. The Vegas line is moving not because VEGAS thinks Nix will win, but rather because more money has flowed in betting on Nix.
I’ve seen odds with Daniels at -130 and Nix at +130 and vice versa. It’s really a toss up at this point. Will a big game push Nix over Daniels or a bad game hurt him? It’s really hard to say, a lot of these voters have probably made up their mind.
Regional bias plays a big role in a close race like this where West coast media might favor Nix and East and South coast voters might lean toward Daniels.
I like Daniels chances just because I have seen interviews of a handful of voters who have said Daniels will win. Maybe if I lived on the West coast I would see more Nix voters talk.
I think the Vegas odds at this point are a bit meaningless, other than to say it’s a two horse race too close to call.

Anyone that isn't biased and has watched both play knows Daniels has had the better year.
Jayden has more passing tds, higher yards per attempt, higher qb rating and that's not counting his rushing where he leads the country in yards per carry and is 2nd in the sec in rushing yards.

I just want to see Nix go to the Saints.

Why?
Bo Nix will be a terrible NFL QB.

Betting odds this late don’t mean shite:
It’s jackasses laying money on crappy value moving the odds.

Running qbs like Daniels don’t last long. Cam newton, Vick and RGIII come to mind. I know there are others.

5-10 QBs who throw everything inside of 10 yards never make it on the field in the NFL.

Betting markets handicap bettors not ball games.

It’s Nix’s Heisman to win or lose.
If Oregon wins, he’s a lock.

Meh...if he does it will be very minimal. And I did say passing stats, not just total yards. YPA will still be easily in favor of JD5.

Being a running QB had nothing to do with Cam and Vick not lasting long in the NFL. RGIII is a valid comparison though. Daniels will have to learn not to take unnecessary hits.

Being an animal abuser cost Vick a very promising career and Cam doing Cam has finally turned everybody off to his crap. Jayden needs to continue to speed up his reads and he’s got to get stronger in his ability to throw guys open or throw before a break, but his legs and instincts running are if anything why he’ll get a more than fair shot to develop even in the league

Hope Penix has the game of his life and they pull off the victory.
