It’s clear denbrock is another Gary crowton coordinator, at best we will score an average of 30 or less points each year. That is the offense he runs zone read. The same offense crowton ran. Those offenses after his first year in 2007, that first year he averaged 30 points. After that year he offense only average 24 to 28 points so I guess this is the college offense denbrock wants. LSU talent has always been made for pro style offenses. I’ve seen lsu play over thirty five years and every they win a title it’s with a pro style offense, that’s just a fact if you want to debate all you have to do is look at those title games and the season they played zone read doesn’t score a lot and not gain a lot of yardage. It puts to much pressure on your defense. But what do I know.

Denbrock is clearly the problem. Jayden is Heisman caliber.

I didn't know Denbrock was the Head Coach.

Cincinnati averaged 240 yards passing per game in 2021 with Ridder throwing for 3300 yards, 30 TDs and 8 picks.

Maybe LSU staff is utilizing what they have in Jayden's legs versus Jayden's non existent arm. Dude can't throw!

I have faith in BK to do what it takes to when a NC at LSU, since that's what he's here for. RELAX.

I'm sure Bama is getting ready to get him after they fire BOB.

I haven't been as much of a fan of him, especially early on this season, but Kelly clearly has a style and Denbrock meshes pretty well with it. We won't put up a lot of volume stats under him but have been "good enough"... Top 40 in Total Offense and Scoring Offense. #23rd in 3rd down conversion percentage. #36 in red zone Offense. A disaster against a lackluster Tennessee defense but the entire coaching staff failed miserably in that game. Executed well when we needed to the most late against Bama.

I'm curious to see how he does with an elite OL, which we will certainly have in two years if not next year.

So you think having JD sit in the pocket, go through progressions, and read coverage is the answer? Doesn't exactly play to his strengths. But what do I know?

They already run him more than most offenses run the QB. On Saturday, Daniels wouldn’t throw to open receivers; not much a coordinator can do at that point.

That's my point. JD is not a pro style QB who would thrive in a pro style system like the OP is suggesting.

I really the JD was sick and playing at 70%. And I don’t think 70% Jayden is any good

I feel the offensive woes are on Jayden. Walker will not have issues missing wide open wrs or reading defenses. Jayden is what he is you take the good with the bad sometimes
