I usually keep my same route no matter who we are playing. Up Burbank to River Road, hang a right, and park in a field and walk to the game.

I will not reveal my secret traffic-free root to & from the games; then all y’all would be clogging up the streets…

So Florida would play Georgia, Tennessee, and LSU

Probably not, if Florida got LSU, they’d probably drop Tennessee.

For the record, I think we get Ole Miss, aTm and Arkansas

It should be Arky instead of A&M.

I think it will be both; the third will be Ole Miss.

Missouri, Texas A&M, Oklahoma, and Texas have no history with the SEC. They naturally have their own familiarity

Missouri has very little history with both A&M and Texas despite being in the same conference for 15 years. Oklahoma and A&M really
Don’t have all that much history either.

OU and Missouri have a long history from the big8 days.

LSU and A&M have more history than most SEC series in fact. We used to play them every year OOC and very often prior to that. I don’t see a world where one of our 3 opponents isn’t A&M. Love it or not we just always seemed to play them even prior to 2012.

I also don’t think each of these schools wants their former Big12 connection to play a role in their permanent 3 SEC opponents. They want to carve out new history and make new rivalries. Some are natural. Some are forced. Missouri being stuck with A&M would be forced

Bama will not allow that and Tenner and Auburn are true historical rivalries for them.

This. I don't understand why LSU fans think it's anything other than this. Well I do understand why, but a different story.

UT/Bama is historically the SECs main cross border rivalry. Why TSIO is the most worked around date every scheduling season.

UT/Bama is the SECs MICH/OSU, and UTX/OU game.

And Bama/Auburn is the MICH/MSU and UTX/Aggies game.

Really isn't that hard to understand this.

Who is considered South Carolina's rivals in conference?

South Carolina really are like Aggies trying to punch upward on the rivals chart. Yet no one cares. To them, and the only fanbase that probably gives them any time out of annoyance is probably UGA.

The old easts top three (UF, UT, UGA) obviously cared about themselves as rivals, and their cross division rivals...UT/Bama, UGA/Auburn, UF/LSU.

USC, Vandy, KY were/are just practice games, they got up for and wished to squeak out a win once a decade that they could live on forever.

I would want [1] Miss State [2] Ole Miss and [3] Arkansas....the battle of the boot baby...

We should respect cross state rivalry games. We have played Miss State for 100 years without a break and the last 2 years we are not allowed to play them.

Ole Miss is our true rival. Remember the "1 second blues", "The Archie who", "Cannon's run on Halloween night", JJ clocking the ball with 1 sec on the clock, Les Miles coaching us to victory over #8 Ole Miss in 2014, the day after his mother's passing, beating Kiffin to finish 5-5 in 2020. So many memories...lots of good ones...a few bad ones.

Arkansas has always given us a game, no matter what the rankings were. The most notable one was the overtime loss to Arkansas in Fayetteville that almost ended our national title hopes in 2007. The miracle pass by Matt Jones to beat us in 2002. Saban did not win at at Akansas until 2004, his second last game at LSU.

Also playing Alabama, Florida and A&M might result in us playing two or even all three of Georgia Tennesse and Texas in the same year. That is too tough in a 9 game schedule.

Surprised that Fanduel hasn't offered this as a gambling option. Give me a hundred on...

Plot twist:

ESPN tells the SEC that it needs the revenue from LSU/Bama and so they drop Tenn from bama’s yearly schedule.
