Best receiving corps

A number of pundits have said Alabama has the best receivers, by far.
Most recently Nicole Auerbach of the Athletic said Bama is #1 “and it’s not even close.”
Alabama has terrific receivers for certain, but soon enough the world will have a chance to see the competition is closer than they think. Just like between the QBs.

Both squads are pretty close. I think they take the edge in explosiveness but I like LSU IN possession. Also don’t forget about Ceedee Lamb and OU

I like Bamas better, but their receiving corps may be the best in SEC history, so being close to them is not bad.

What sets Bama apart is having Devonta Smith is their number 4. If they only had Waddle, Ruggs, and Jeudy I’d say we had them just about matched with Chase, Jefferson, and Marshall.
