He couldn't get team to focus like Will does. The tech also hurt us.

Yes then in the rematch he figured it out and won. He is a better coach than Benford.

I noticed that during timeouts especially in the second half. When you have teammates fighting each other it’s not good.
WIll Wade was definitely missed. He had command and presence in the huddle. I’m sorry but Benford is not the one

He also beat them on their home court. I believe he could've made a difference there. Like Skylar said in his interview to the media "his attention to detail is what they miss the most". That was very telling in and of itself.
