Not me. The teams he were on are way worse than this lsu team. Saying he had no heart is just stupid. Let's remember who his coach was. I doubt the other players on the team cared if he scored 40 a game or not. I would love to watch a player do what Pete did today no matter the record. Everyone would watch it and love it.

I have not blamed this season on Ben . All I have said is that there have been times he seems to disappear during games. Yes I do blame his effort the last 10 mins against Oklahoma as s key factor in us losing. He is a very good player on a team that could be much better with better coaching. It's pretty simple.

Finally some clarity. How is a player supposed to "take over" a game when he and his teammates' respective roles have never been cemented? He's our best PG and our best post player. Which is he? This has been the most poorly-coached team I've ever seen. Simmons has done way more than enough to push this team to where it needs to be. His coaches and teammates (minus Hornsby) let him and the fans down.

Sometimes we all need a reality check.
Ben has a great upside- but for him to make it at the NBA level he has a lot of work to do. As the SEC has progressed coaches have been able to defend him.
He will probably not return to LSU but he really could use another year at the college level.

It's amazing that people think another year under Jones would do him any good compared to making millions and learning under professionals and not having to go to class at all ever again.

The poor supporting cast on this years team weren't poor when they signed that LOI. Everyone on TD was praising them. So now they all suck??? You fricks go to the extreme depending on a win or a loss. I've always said Ben was no better than a glorified freshman player. (look it up) The NBA will be screwing themselves by drafting him, but I dgaf because I never gaf about the NBA.

B. Simmons will never be close to Pete, I am lucky enough to have watched both. I saw 98% of Pete at LSU and with the Jazz.
