Neither Ben Simmins nor Wayne Gretzkie will ever make a dime in the NFL, but Jimmy Graham would be dunking on goalposts in the NBA if he had stuck with basketball.

More like Ben Slimmins, amirite. Despite what all these dick farms say I still want to see Ben running post routes and catching footballs, with his vision and passing skills I think it would be an interesting experiment at QB especially given how soft and over protected the modern day NFL QB is, I don't think it would be that big of an adjustment for him.

First things first. Slimmins needs to seriously consider enrolling in summer classes to retain his eligibility for next year.
Otherwise, it's a moot point... and we'll never get the opportunity to see him play quarterback... at least until he hits the NFL.

He could always go to Canada or UNC if the grade issue was really THAT big of a deal. Why don't you think he'd play QB at LSU, Etling?

If Simmons decides to play QB at LSU next year, he will have to stay in college for at least 2 more years before going to the NFL. That means he'll have to do summer semester to get his grades up. I know that his agent Al Sharpton wants him to start making money as soon as possible.
Simmons might have to settle for the NBA, just for a few quick bucks.

Alright, I'll entertain you, what NFL player do you most think he is like then? This guy screams NFL to me. I said it earlier but I really wanna see him out there in space on a football field. Think he'd make guys looks plumb silly in transition.
