That's what I call him too! Let's hope he plays with that ODB swag.
Regarding who plays. I could have sworn Shea Dixon said that Boone mentioned working behind RS10.

I wish my last name was Beckham. You're just born for athletic greatness. David Beckham, Gordon Beckham, and now Odell Beckham.

And they're all brothers.

Not surprising.
Boone and James Wright have talent but a lot of what hindered them last year was the inability to catch the ball. If you noticed, they were out there primarily for blocking because they do that very well.
If they can somehow learn to secure the ball and run routes, they will play a lot this year. If not, welcome to Baton Rouge ODB

Beckham is playing in the slot. Wright isn't a slot receiver

Miles just said that he's excited to see RR, Deangelo Peterson, and Beckham on the field Saturday

OBJ
I really think RR, Landry and OBJ are our best WR's on the team. And that includes Shep. Landry and OBJ are raw, but they are really really good.

thats crazy. shep is the most dynamic player on the team with the ball in his hands. problem - no one can get the ball to him in stride and position to make moves.
I don't know why people rag on shep. his stats last year were as good as rr.

Because he isn't a superstar his first year ever playing WR...
Obviously players can't develop according to the rant. They act like RS is a bust.

Shep is a great player, but he's not more dynamic that RR - whose also a better all around receiver

You take a blessing and try to make it a curse. Some people are just meant to be miserable I s'pose.
If he is this good, I'm really excited. I don't know. I haven't seen him play. So, I asked the question. It is EITHER that he is awesome or no one else is stepping up. I HOPE it is that he is AWESOME, but since I haven't seen any of them really play, I don't know.
Thanks for shedding absolutely NO light on the subject, though.
I'm not miserable at all.
It honestly sounds like you are, though.

Both Landry and Anthony Johnson were asked "Who is going to be the best player in this class?", and they responded Beckham. They said that no one can match up with him. Hearing it from Landry kind of stood out.

Wow that's amazing. Did you read that in an article? I'm excited to watch him play. Miles named him as one of the players he's most excited to see just a an hour or two ago on ESPN.

It was in Shea Dixon's personal-pieces in the early summer.

Look up his kickoff return vs. DLS on youtube.
The over the shoulder catch is crazy.
