. OBJ3 can't hold Landry's jockstrap.
Can't tell if srs

Our whole WR corp has a bad case of the dropsies but lets not act like Landry is miles ahead of Beckham. Beckham tends to get more YPC and led the team in receiving yards last season. And that's not even mentioning his PR ability.

They've both underwhelmed, but I'm not saying either couldn't hold the other's jockstrap. Although, Landry has the potential to seperate himself from the rest of the pack.

OBJ has underwhelmed. And the guy is right. OBJ cant hold Landrys jockstrap. Period. Yea, OBJ has the yards because hes a WR that stretches the field in the offense. Landry is better than OBJ, and its not really that close.

OBJs best year was his freshman year. And everyone was expecting him to breakout and be the next stud WR from LSU. But he hasnt improved. At all. And hes way too inconsistent. He might have the big play potential over Jarvis, but Juice is better than him at every other category.

I agreed with my first post that Landry is the better WR, but I just think Beckham has proven more in the last 2 years. I don't think anyone thinks Beckham is a better receiver. When I said I don't think either is miles ahead of the other, I meant it in the sense that the other hasn't proven enough to be that ahead of the other. Landry definitely has all the tools to separate himself and is the receiver on the team. This is just my opinion.

No i get what youre saying.

Only thing I dont really agree with is that OBJ has proven more. Hes proven to be more inconsistent IMO. If its a big play and we need a big reception, Ill be going with Juice over OBJ. I trust him more.Sure, OBJ has played more in his 2 years that Juice. He didnt play that much as a freshman because of his injuries. But, Juice was an animal on ST during that time though. Just missed the early practices where the WR and QB get rhythm and timing down. But, hes proven to be more consistent that OBJ in just 1 year in seeing starting PT at WR.

Yep. His athleticism is ridiculous.

Still mad at myself for being at the dang concession stand during that play.

ODB's drop issues were damn near like Lafell's in 07. but he's shown enough I think to believe that he can bounce back and be a more consistent WR as Lafell was in 08 and 09.

Pet peeve of mine is when announcers refer to players using Jr., or III, etc. when there's no need. In this case, I realize that Jr. is part of OBJ's legal name, but you don't need to tack on the Jr. unless you think we'll be confused with Odell Beckham Sr. or Odell Beckham III.

Perfect example of where it was needed was when Ken Griffey Sr. and Jr. both played at the same time. Then we needed the Sr./Jr. distinction to avoid confusion.

But for this one, and almost all others, just drop the Jr. and call the guy Odell Beckham. Same for Johnny O'Bryant. No need to stick III at the end, we know who it is.

I'm prepared to get blasted.

well, since both O'Bryant III and Beckham Jr. have their names listed as such on their jerseys...

I don't think Johnny Manziel was on any watch lists.

Probably leads the nation in all-purpose yards.

If that ain't heisman-worthy, I don't know what is.

He has to, I was looking it up last night and he was #7 just from week 1 and the guy from UAB was #1.

ETA: He is number 2 but SI's dumbass didn't even add in the extra 100 yard return TD that gives him 301 ypg.

LINK

Also ETA, he's the #10 ranked WR in the nation stat-wise LINK
