Is it just me or was the ONLY time we saw him on the field was in OT when he went in motion to the far side when JD ran it in? Not that it matters because last night was a TOTAL team effort. I mean EVERYONE contributed.

Well, he is battling Lacy for the fifth receiver spot, so I would not expect him to see much action. I’m surprised he saw any. Good guy, but he is at our strongest position.

Great point right here.

I think if he stays, he'll be the type of player that'll have a breakout senior season that could possibly shoot him up draft boards (patriots type wr, no doubt ).

That'll be interesting to see though. Can't blame a guy if he wants to go somewhere he feels he can get some playing time, especially if he's already been at your program 2 years and he feels he won't get the opportunity bc of the talent that's in the room with him. Which, as you pointed out, is probably our strongest position (and deepest). If you ask people from the last coaching staff, he was one of the best receivers in that WR room. That could certainly have been true, but it could also be the reason they're the former coaching staff and not current. It's hard to say for sure since we're not at the practices and he's barely getting playing time. That said, I trust this staff's talent evaluation so far.

Meh, I don’t think he’s leaving. He was simply hurt more than Kelly let on before the season, missed too much pre-season practice, got hurt again during aeason, and it really set him back. He had almost no time to develop chemistry with Daniels. And we have Boutte, Nabers, BTJ, Jaray , a quickly developing TE, and Lacy developing. Jack had some bad luck this year, but is still a good player, and barring injury, will be a big part of next year’s WR rotation. He’s got 2 more years to build an LSU legacy, and I think he will. I don’t think transferring is even a thought at this point.

I would love to see Bech used similarly to how UGA uses Bowers. Hybrid TE/WR where we move him around to create a mismatch.

Watching highlights, now. Bech trailed John Emery into the end zone on our first TD.
