WTF is with the Colley? I don't care about LSU at #14, but Notre Dame at #2? UF at #3? Something tells me that poll needs to disappear.

well when we beat florida we jump up to 3. his poll is always way off early but it gets it right by the end of october. i like his because you can add games and stuff and see what happens

Colley is probably the best computer polls in the BCS rankings, mainly due to its transparency in how it does it rankings.
Sagarin and I'm pretty sure Billingsley both use pre-season rankings/biases that help their computer polls look "normal" for the first several weeks (not sure how many). After several weeks (probably around the time the BCS first polls is released) they drop the pre-season rankings from their formulas and you'll probably see some shift in the rankings.
Colley doesn't do that. Which is why his computer ranking seems wacky for several weeks. Once enough teams play each other and they become interconnected, the rankings start to look better and fall in line with how you should suspect the rankings to look.
