I love how beating the worst LSU basketball team of all times is the biggest accomplishment in Nicholls State athletic history Nicholls won't be able to stay on the floor with this LSU team however. Back to the bayou coonass

Besides the fact that he needs 2 or 3 years before he is NBA ready, O'Bryant will be back next year since it appears the NBA will impose a 20-year-old/2 year rule.

Is O'Bryant supposed to be an NBA lock? I don't really know much about him except that he was a 5 star. Perhaps we're getting Anthony Randolph 2.0, although I don't think their games are similar.

Ralston Turner is the top dog on this team.

LSU basketball spends about $4 million dollars a year and our entire department spends about $6.5 million a year. If we beat you guys in any sport it is a big deal for us. We have enjoyed the last year and the bragging rights we have claimed. Obviously you guys are a lot better this year and we are young. Just because you are going to beat us today doesn't change the fact that we beat you guys last year.

GEAUX COLONELS!

even randolph really wasn't a done deal to the nba till the back end of that 07/08 season after butch took over. he had a string of really good stat lines down the stretch. o'bryant will be here at least 2 seasons.

Good to know then. I think he'll be a solid contributor for us.

What kind of reasonable production should we expect out of o'bryant this season? Im talking strictly numbers (PPG, Boards etc.)

I'm a season ticket holder bro. I am pretty aware of the situation.

If O'bryant can do something like 10/7, that would be great. 14/10 would be huge.

Why? Go to your school's games.

So you cheer and ride the bandwagon for our football, but dog our basketball program?
