Is it ok to fricking hate Garrett Green as a basketball player?
I'm not sure I like him hitting any jump shots because he then gets trigger happy.

Dear god, fumbled out of bounds after the airball. Our bigs have some bad hands.

Have to hand it to White there. Nice board and put back.

we need a good little run right here
Posted on 2/2/11 at 8:24 pm to elrushbo3
We couldn't get a run if South Carolina left the gym.

Getting better all the time.
With every game, our young talent gets more experience.

check this out, can u fund a worse shooying team un LSU, then let me know

it's painfully obvious we are poorly coached. i like TJ, but he just seems to not care if he knows he doesn't have the talent to be good. If we were losing games and at least playing like we know what we're doing but just don't have the talent to be good, that's one thing, but we play like we're a bunch of guys in the rec gym who just go out there and hope for the best. It makes watching these games so painful. Terrible shot selection and just sloppy play all around. At least if we were fundamentally sound, we might at least steal some games we shouldn't and be in more games. It's really hard to sit and watch an entire game with the product on the court. Just pathetic. this team we're playing tonight just lost to auburn at home by 15, and we look like a high school jv team against them

Why would you play basketball if you can't shoot? Has Chris Bass drawn iron yet on a 3?
Posted on 2/2/11 at 8:33 pm to Paulu
From what I can tell this team can't defend. SC can't either but only because we can't shoot. I am sure the experience will make it a better game next year. However, SC is as young and better now.

and to add to what i just said, how the hell did we already win 2 sec games? granted they were against teams almost as bad as us, but still. i can't see us beating anyone else the rest of the season unless something changes

Why....just WHY can we not compete? I don't understand. This team is so sooo bad.

I cannot stand Andre Stringer at PG.
He may improve, but he just pisses me off.
Freshman be damned, most high school bball players know you don't jack 24 foot threes with 25 seconds on the shot clock.
He would probably be a pretty good 2 guard off of the bench, but it will take a lot of work to mold him into an effective starting point guard.
