It's pretty obvious this guy has no clue. LSU fans are the best, they start taking shots at a coach before they even coach their first game.

More than likely. I have to defend my boys. LSU basketball, after all, is #1 at this great university.

Trent was put between a rock and a hard place as far as the upcoming recruiting class is concerned. Other schools had been recruiting these guys for a long time before Trent stepped on campus. Bringing in Dotson from the West Coast was quite a feat.

I guarantee all the ranters who proclaimed " I haven't gone to the PMAC in "x" number of years, but now that John Brady got fired i'm getting season tickets" will be there.

I won't, but Ill be at Alcorn St on Thursday.

Just a matter of a scheduling conflict.

Would you please care to elaborate? Have you met the guy? I know the former players are stoked about the hiring and the way he's personally reaching out to program's storied past.
Ok, I'll be more realistic: 2900. Also Johnson could not keep a couple of our star recruits, was unable to convince any of the current coaching staff to stay. And while we are at it I remember his dumb attempt to fire up his team in the NCAA tourney last year and get kicked out of the gym in the first half of the game when the outcome was still in doubt. He's not proven to be very bright in my opinion. I will wait for him to prove me wrong.

Well in retrospect it may seem that it is a good thing, but he did say that he wanted to keep Pierre and failed. Maybe he really didn't want him and he just said that to the media, but if not...
