This should be our starting linebackers EVERY week.
Sure…. We have to rotate in and thats a given, but only to keep them fresh.
These 3 should play as many snaps as possible.
Week after week these are your most talented and consistent L.B.’s.
We have a big enough sample size now. The remaining players are for depth only.

I think Weeks has earned a little PT, but yes that's definitely our best 3. Penn was all over the field last Saturday

If Perkins stays healthy for 3 years, he’ll end up being better than Devin White.

Well, I’m sure the coaches know a shite ton more than we do. For example, you like the way a guy runs and hits, so you say he should be playing all the time. But what if he doesn’t know enough, which is probably the case with our talented freshman?
BTW, I like all three of those guys, and I like Weeks, as well.

Why does it seem like every year Baskerville starts out with little playing time at the beginning of the season then eventually starts and looks like clearly the best option?

They aren’t the same kind of linebacker. So you can’t really compare them.

He's a scheme specific player like Mike Jones is. We can't have weeks on the field against a team slinging the ball everywhere

You got down votes by people who have never played or coached. The college game is a huge jump from highschool. If everyone on the field doesn't understand their coverage, gap, and/or man assignment it causes blown coverages and chunk plays.
