SOURCES: @ASU_Baseball fired pitching coach Jason Kelly, who was the lone holdover on Willie Bloomquist’s staff. Kelly was fired after choosing to head to Baton Rouge to interview for the @LSUbaseball job. Tough situation for our 2018 Assistant of the Year. #LSU still in play.

Mike Rooney is as plugged into that program as anyone and he’s constantly stated how big of an impact Kelly has had with the Sun Devils. I know people want Childress, but Kelly makes a lot of sense as well
