Careful. Your lack of baseball knowledge is showing.
Hitters in the middle of the order also see less fastballs. No one sees more than the 9 hole guy b/c no wants to put a runner on and then turn the line up over. Remember he is still a freshman and hasn't seen good pitching yet much less a good SEC curveball or slider.
