In the 9th no less. I watched that game and the pitch he took was either right on the edge of the plate or just off, I couldn't tell for sure. But, I learned in Little League, when a pitch is that close, you can't take it with 2 strikes.

Looking at strike 3 calls mailing it over deans head, not taking chances at the plate. But who am I to say anything, it's just a thought not to be taken seriously. It is also still early. Pitching seems to be a little in question.

You need to have your tv screen cleaned. It was the 7th inning. Nola didn't bat in the 9th. The pitch was from a LHP and it was off the plate to the lefty batter's box side. Nola could not have hit that pitch anyway. Tough call.
