Getting shut out by SC is pathetic and it falls on PM and his lazy arse batting coach hire. LSU deserves better but what do you expect from a school that hires Coach O. Hopefully we can keep Will Wade but we know Aleva will frick that up too.

This team has zero leadership as well. Nothing remotely close to the team last year. He comes a .500 SEC record.

What coaching experience did Cannizzaro have before he came to LSU?

My point is, college assistant jobs are not generally filled by experienced vets. It is a stepping stone, entry level job for the most part. We are very fortunate to have a guy like Dunn. That is not the norm, never has been. Hiring former players is also very common. What do you think Mike Bianco was when Skip hired him? What about Dan Canevari? Both former players of Skip’s, both given their first job in college coaching by Skip and were on the same staff. This notion that hiring former players is beneath LSU and lazy is nothing more than ignorance and confirmation bias.

Coach Dunn is not experienced? We deserve and expect experienced coaching for our hitters.
