While many of them will be taken early, I'm sure that is just a high school list and doesn't include any college/juco prospects. I can't find the list from my iPhone through that link though. I haven't seen Cecchini rated as high as #7 anywhere else, just as an example.

This was from a MLB scout yesterday.. said Garin would start running in a couple of weeks, and that he may very well get the $$ he was looking for.

this is from me yesterday...garin was hobbling around the dugout during the northshore game so i would be VERY suprised if he was RUNNING in a couple weeks...FWIW
