BamaOnline predicts the Alabama-LSU game

Charlie Potter: Alabama 28, LSU 13
LSU has to replace 11 starters, including seven on the offensive side of the football. The Tigers’ quarterback situation also remains unsolved, although Joe Burrow could be the answer behind center in 2018, and he and another transfer, former Texas Tech wide receiver Jonathan Giles, could be instant-impact starters. But if the offense isn’t improved from last year, LSU is going to have a difficult time keeping up with Alabama’s offensive weapons, despite the game being played at Tiger Stadium.
I don’t anticipate a high-scoring game, or even a massive blowout. But if the Tide’s offense is rolling like it’s capable of and the defense is healthy, this one could be a lot less stressful on the fanbase than recent Alabama-LSU games played in Baton Rouge in the Saban era.
Travis Reier: Alabama 27, LSU 16
The Crimson Tide has left Baton Rouge as winners in four of the five visits they've paid to Death Valley under Nick Saban, but none of those victories came easy. If not for LSU's addition of Joe Burrow at quarterback, I'd be tempted to go with a wider spread. With him, the chances of this game being competitive for all four quarters go up a good bit.
Kirk McNair: Alabama 31, LSU 7
Joe Burrow may be a big star at quarterback for the Tigers, but if Alabama was playing Ohio State and the Buckeyes had to play Burrow -- who transferred to LSU from Ohio State -- Urban Meyer would probably have another bout of Sabanitis, or whatever he had.
There’s a reason LSU is being picked in the middle of the SEC pack, even with the bandage the Tigers have put on the QB situation, and it’s mostly offensive questions. LSU had its offensive problems last year and the Tigers lost a lot of the arsenal. The defense has some fine players, notably linebacker Devin White, but only five returning starters, just one in the secondary (albeit a good one in Greedy Williams).
Hank South: Alabama 24, LSU 10
I think this is a very low-scoring game heading into halftime where Alabama ultimately separates itself with a few big second-half plays. LSU has the defensive front to be competitive, but even with quarterback transfer Joe Burrow, there are too many question marks on the offensive side of the ball. Maybe those are answered by Nov. 3, but I still think this matchup favors the Crimson Tide.
Tim Watts: Alabama 24, LSU 11
Due to the emotion in this game, it has had a tendency to be violent and much closer than anticipated. Look for a chess match in the first half with the Tide opening it up after halftime.
Tiger Morrison: Alabama 10, LSU 13.
I personally feel that the question marks on offense could well be good question marks. If Burrow and Giles lives up to hype and our Oline are studs like said, we could score against the Bama defense maybe 13 points. With our front 7 and Greedy, Our defense should be stout. Only allowing the Bama offense to score one TD and a field goal.. What are yalls predictions?

CUM has Sabanitis? Let's go check the last head to head score....

absolutely asinine to make predictions now. bama's glass qb may or may not be broken into a hundred pieces by then. Saban may pass from an aneurysm. O's ship may come in or go out.

LOL
People make predictions based on what is known now. Are you just upset because they picked Bama?

I especially like Kirk. He seems well informed. Lsu lost all it's aresenal on offense...lol...and only return 5 starters on defense. Hell, lsu has 12 players on d that have started at least one game as a P5 team member. He made it sound like the tiger d is green. He did zero research.
Other than that..what do you expect them to say.
There hasn't been any Alabama blowout in tiger stadium in almost 20 years, and there won't be one this year.

What is so funny?
2006-. Lsu win
2008- Alabama in overtime
2010-. Lsu win
2012 - Alabama last second win
2014 - Alabama overtime win
2016 - Alabama win, 0-0 in 4th
Two of the losses were give aways
Lsu will give them all they want in tiger stadium, and if that bandage at QB lives up, watch out.
