Remember in 2019 when we thought the defense would never pull it together and we simply couldn't outscore every opponent's offense to win it all?
And then they got their act together for the A&M game and never looked back.
With a 12 team playoff, why not select teams as in March Madness? The teams with a hot hand in February are the difference makers. Could the same for football not be the top performers in November?

Prolly. Another very disappointing year. I’m convinced we finish with five losses and end up in Shreveport to cap off the season. Hope I’m wrong.
