That's what kills me about Bama fans. They're so arrogant they don't even appreciate winning. For so many of them, it's like a birthright. The championship rightfully belongs to them every year, and any year they don't win it, it's like they're magnanimously lending it out that year, and everyone else should appreciate their generosity. Even when you try to talk nice to them and joke around, they can't help but respond in a way that reveals their belief that the rest are football peasants and they're football royalty.

Those years when Bama was a complete train wreck were glorious for me, as good as LSU winning for exactly that reason, their arrogance.

I respect that they're passionate. I respect that they're willing to pay top dollar to promote their program. But they were damn lucky that Saban fell into their laps and they'd probably still be wandering in the desert if he hadn't. At least appreciate it. Don't act like it belongs to you.
