Lane was afraid Leavitt would kill our chances with his tendency to throw interceptions. We played super tight in the first half and Ole Miss ate that shite up.

On the other hand, Baker was afraid of Chambliss throwing over the top and losing the game on big plays, they played "tight" as in they didn't let up any big plays.

Both equally fricked us in the first half and we played much better in the second. 24-7 is just too much to overcome in a SEC game.

I actually don’t think Lane is to blame there. I think Sam just sucks

I mean Leavitt tucks and runs the second a lineman comes within two yards of him. Hard to really know what some of the play calls were

No discipline from the defense. Was evident when we jumped offsides multiple times at the 2-point conversion

his tendency to throw interceptions

this is a false narrative based on a single game last week. That was only the 2nd game in his career with multiple INTs and the first ever with 3.

I don't think that's true. We kept calling pass plays on the first 3 drives and Leavitt kept tucking it instead of throwing the ball. Leavitt was scared to let it rip, not Kiffin/Weis

Lots of players and coaches to blame.

Oline was horrible in first quarter and had breakdowns throughout.

Leavitt missed open receivers.

Defense played poor and let us down when we needed them. Remember Vandy game? This goes back to last year.

Lots of players were not ready for prime time. ….PJ Woodland…. Weston Davis

To their credit , they tied the game and climbed out of the hole they dug for themselves late in game.

A$M game is now a playoff game. We maybe out of mulligans. Lots of people better get their acts together fast
