SOURCES: Sources advise #AYS that there is a growing concern that Arkansas may have to postpone their game versus #LSU Saturday. Although nothing confirmed, a growing concern continues to mount. This would be the 3rd game to be postponed for #LSU this year because of COVID-19!

At this point, I am 100% in favor of LSU canceling this game.

While it would be nice to having something of interest to watch on TV, I think apathy for the fan base has set in and I imagine the same for the players. Three weeks without a game, in the middle of the season.
It's just a matter of time before the season is "cancelled". The powers that be (i.e. those above the coaches, AD's, players) quietly want that result and the absurd "contact tracing" requirements are too onerous to be practical.

We're beating Arkansas and we need to get our young guys experience in SEC games. Arkansas is a disciplined, tough football team but lack overall talent.
It's a perfect experience game for the young fellas. Season is toast anyway and it's not like we recruit against them a ton. We already lost to MSU and Mizzou, it doesn't get worse from an opponent perspective.
The real damage would've been 72-0 against Bama on a huge recruiting weekend when we were playing a punter at QB and the recruits were often picking between us and Bama.
