Try to remember November 5th. The starter of that game failed worse than Jefferson did. That was the alternative for Miles.

If the objective of football game is to score more points than the opponent then how could anyone fail any worse than zero points?

Are you saying it is possible that any of the other 84 players on the active roster could have scored any less points than JJ?

Please explain.

he just went 13-0 in the SEC and has lost 3 games the last 2 years. you just make yourself look stupid when you post shite like this

^^ This x10^9. A little perspective is in order. I'm an alum of both UCLA and LSU, and it seems a large chunk of LSU fans have no idea how great they really have it.

You just scored a hat trick for false dichotomies in one thread.

Congratulations.

Of course there are other ways to measure performance for a QB. For example, there is the QB rating.

Jefferson's QB rating in the NCSNCG was horrible: 79. That is not good at all.

Lee's QB rating on November 5th: 14. That rating could fit into Shaq's childhood shoebox.

If you remove the NC game, I bet 99 percent of people would have loved miles and wanted to keep him. You don't all of a sudden become a terrible coach when you have a bad game.

Actually, this was just a reminder to everyone that Miles is very capable of screwing the team up. Only this screwup was the most important game in Miles coaching career and he lost it with stupidity and being unprepared, rather than a clock management f'up.

Complete and utter horse hockey

Lee was 2 for 2 and had already picked up a 1st down, when Miles trotted JJ out there on the 5th play of the game. Fact

I imagine seeing JJ run out on the 5th play had no affect on Lee. When did we see Lee run out on Monday. Why? Miles wanted to be fair. He needed to have been fair since the Ky game, BECAUSE JJ WASN'T OBVIOUSLY THE ONLY WAY WE WOULD WIN THE BCS. lol

Passing efficiency:
Jefferson - 138.7
Lee - 152.0

At least we can agree on something. I knew you would eventually see the light.

Lee should not have played in that game period but Mettenbeger should have played.
