You clearly never met, Mett

Honestly, the game has passed him up. Mett needs a near perfect Oline and running game to be successful.
In hindsight, it's kind of funny to look at the 2014 QB draft class...
Bridgewater & Jimmy G are the most accomplished. Derek Carr is the only one left with the team that drafted him (Granted they really don't want him anymore).

Good luck Zach.
I enjoyed watching you play for LSU.

This kid was a good LSU QB. I appreciate what he contributed, and sorry for the injury in the last game. Got to start for awhile in the NFL, but it didn’t work out. That happens to a lot of talented college athletes. I prefer to remember the good times with the Tigers. The kid had a 170+ Qb rating in 2 of 3 years. I remember to many years we really do not a a QB that came close to that. Of course, the youngsters here will know not of what I speak :-)

Then, with LSU only needing one first down to seal the game, Les went into his risk averse shell and took the ball out of ZM's hands in favor of settling for a long FG that even had it been made, still allowed a TD to beat you.
And a few weeks later in the bowl game vs Clemson, Mettenberger sucked and Miles let him throw when we should have killed clock, leaving time remaining for them to drive and win the game on a FG. Goes both ways
