Doing a color "out" game is a hokey, forced, overdone gimmick. I applaud anyone who wears purple to show those in charge that this is a stupid idea and the fans won't cooperate.

While I appreciate the effort of LS to put this together, I'm gonna wear my purple nike dry fit polo like always. I don't own a gold shirt that is breathable fabric and I sure as hell am not going to buy a $60 one to buy for this 1 game.

It amazes me how other schools can do this without people bitching but @ LSU...the greatest atmosphere in college football we got some jackwholes who try to be a negatiger for the fun of it. I mean damn...if its a gold game do your best to wear gold and not another color just because you want to be that asswhole guy in the section! That is like the guy who goes to a Halloween Costume Party in a collared shirt and shorts and says " Im dressed as myself"...Douches are Not Cool...They are just Douches!

Just get a gold drifit, polo, whatever you like to wear. You can wear it to games other than the gold game, and if you have 1 purple shirt, I'm sure that thing has seen better days by this point...
