He’s talking about the crowd, not the team

Need to give the students better seats. The OT ballers that own all those baseline seats don’t even go

Well I’m saying we are making it a lot easier for the crowd to be involved

I understand what you’re saying, but they are paying the bills and the students aren’t living up to the expectation for a student section. Forget about being loud and into the game, they aren’t breaking down the doors to get into the game like other student bodies around the country

This. It’s what makes the atmosphere and makes the students a little more likely to show up. Hell, I don’t want to sit behind the basket either.

Students aren’t showing up regardless of where you put them.

Auburn has no basketball tradition like LSU does, they did not have to displace long time fans to place the students court side.

LSU student support is terrible these days....it was better years ago in the 70's 80'and the90's.....
Auburn has great fan support because there is nothing else to do there....auburn is the whole town...

What’s sad is that Albarn does let their fans influence the game. Puts all the rowdy ones close the floor, let’s the team feed off it.

Meanwhile we reserve seats closest to the floor for those who are closest to the grave.
