Myself and 2 buddies from North Dakota are coming for the Clemson game for my “Post-Wedding” bachelor party. Looking to get the full experience in the tailgating lot. Wondering if anyone would be willing to let us hangout at their spot and get the full LSU experience!

You came to the right spot.

People here will invite you. You can also walk around and stop at any tailgate and should be welcomed.

Wear your North Dakota gear and you’ll be in like Flynn.

Have fun!

It’s going to be hot and muggy, wear a breathable shirt and comfortable shoes for walking around campus. Make sure to check out the RV lots on Southside of stadium, you’ll find some very hospitable people who will feed you and send you on your way with a beverage. Offer them some cash if they do.

Try to make it to north side of stadium three hours before the game to see Mike, the team coming down hill and then the band performing.

Grab a bite to eat in morning at Chimes(right off campus), overpass merchant or some others will have recs.

Have you been to South Louisiana in the summer time? I will say hydrate, hydrate and hydrate some more in the days leading up to the game. I have seen many people from other parts of the country come down here and think they are ready for the heat and humidity but few really are if they have never been here.

I don’t think any of us have been down there that time of year. Thanks for the advice, I know that humidity and heat is going to be something we haven’t experienced before

Be sure and post on here afterwards. We like hearing about visitor’s experiences. Should be an electric night!

North Dakota to Louisiana in September. Please stay hydrated. Game Day will be here so you will want to check that out. When you walk around campus most tailgators will insist you try their cuisine.

We will check out gameday. We were actually lucky enough to attend gameday both times it was at NDSU so if we don’t get to see too much of that we aren’t too worried but mainly looking forward to seeing a big tailgate and hopefully great game

You asking for "full experience" might get you a lot of attn. Be careful. You've come the right place though.

I guess yall haven't heard that LSU has eliminated TGBFTL. They are going to put speakers in the back of a pickup truck and drive the traditional route that Tiger Band takes (Starts there on Dalrymple by the Greek Theater) with the speakers playing Bleu Raeders and then Pre-Game going down the Hill.

No GBFTL at the game either. All PIM and Video Board entertainment!
