Miles loses a minimum of two SEC games a year, so hopefully it will be a down year for the SEC west for us to capitalize.

Lot of people say this.

yea but atleast this year we were only one game away from it rather than several.
Math fail?
Auburn 12-0
LSU 10-2

My math says two games away, unless you are indicating that LSU was one win away by beating Auburn.

I agree about the 8-0 thing. That is usually not the case, but has been the last few years. We'll be back soon.

So LSU has to wait till until other teams start losing games to win another SEC title ?

So i guess that means this years 10-2 team = 2007 10-2.

all a coach can do is recruit the best guy he can get. hopefully, he turns out to be a good one. the qb position is the most difficult to evaluate. pro's miss on the position all the time. only 50% of first round qbs succeed. if you blame a coach for missing on a qb then you have to blame all coaches. they all miss.

Have you looked at what is behind JJ/JL ?

I am sick of the poor QB play and play calling that is preventing LSU from being top dog again.
