When it goes LSU's way, yep!

have ou ever played on field turf, im gonna guess no?
brat, i dont care if you dont like it, but to say a field is shitty bc its turf is a retard statement. that field is probably nicer to play on than just about any dirt and grass field

I could certainly go for this.
Well, that's good to know. I'm sure the athletic department was anxiously awaiting your approval.
Listen, the only sport that makes money of our 20 sports is football. The rest are cost centers. Back in the day if Bertman could've sold ads on players backs he would've.....and I wouldn't have blamed him.

Ron's mom was probably the mom that get pissed when she had to wash his pants after he slid and got them dirty.

That's $kip Bertman for you. I always said $kip would sell ad space on his wife's butt if someone made him the right offer.

Posted on 6/8/09 at 8:04 pm to bbap
I can't believe people still blame price increases on skip
Posted on 6/8/09 at 8:05 pm to bbap

me either ron. we can agree on that. i preferred not to have the signage but i understand it. the fact that they couldnt fix the fence properly the rest of the year after it fell down was a little disturbing.

That tells me that they are going to take down the fence and redo it from scratch and fix it properly. It appears they fixed it enough just to get through the rest of the season, as it would take a couple of weeks to fix it permanently. I would guess that they are also going to build a new, more permanent batters eye.

I truly believe we have one of the nicest parks now in America but every camera angle you see an ad. The absolute worst is the camera view from the outfield fence aiming towards home plate.
And I am willing to bet that those ads in a lot of those camera shots fetch top dollar and make a lot of money for the baseball program. Tony Chachere probably got a years worth of TV advertising during those 3 hours of TV coverage to a national audience.
