There you go again. Having to resort to childish name calling because you just can't ever find anything to point to anything that will defend what many others apparently see-someone that was clearly the weakest link on the team last year.

And I have been in plenty of bars that I promise you would get your arse whipped in, so don't worry about where I go or what I say when I get there. My opinions of JJ's QB play are more widely shared than you apparently realize, and probably would be the best possible thing to criticize if I wanted to score a free drink.

But then, you must be exhausted from trying to defend him in all these threads. If the most common story is corroborated, and he really did kick someone laying on the ground, which one of your standard excuses usually reserved for his pitiful game performances will you use?

He's only 20?
Crowton had him confused?
The offensive line should have blocked better?
His primary victim was covered?
He went 4-0 in the parking lot?
His kicking adds to his value as a QB over a QB that can only punch?
It's only the preseason, so we shouldn't read too much into it?

And if all else fails, you always have your trump card.

No one, including me, wanted this to happen. A team brimming with talent poised for an exciting season, and the guy most touted by Miles as its leader (to say nothing of your horn tooting) is at best, in the wrong place at a bad time.

4000 yards??? The current low water mark is 1411 yards, 118 completions and 7 TDs for an entire season. WTF are you smoking? I could almost understand your undying love for JJ early last season but JFC. I would bet my house that if Mett had the full season he could improve on those numbers.

Amazingly enough that as bad as he was against WVU that wasnt even his worst game. Take a look at his production against ULM and McNeese.

Of course I am sure one of his defenders will be here soon going to the race or hater card because they have nothing else to argue with.
