Because they play up and down to competition as not great teams do, so they play lights out at Gumps but come up short, still think we bet JFF in TS in a great game and end up in a Fla bowl game. As good we can hope right now!

I appreciate the sunshine pumpers (to use your hat, Mike) words to try and sooth the pain from losing last night, but it just doesn't work. We lost to a second tier SEC team and QB last night, that was beat up on defense. The reality of losing all those juniors on defense last year has reared it's ugly head again- we simply don't have the horses on defense this year to make a run at a conference title. But even so, 500+ yards to Ole Miss??? Unacceptable, even if we had played all freshman! I will continue to support the Tigers this season, but we are not a BCS team...

Bama is going to rip our defense's head off and shite down their necks. But hey, tell yourself we are still in it for another couple 3 weeks...and with the team playing the way they did last night, I'm not even penciling a "W" against Furman.
