That focker!!!
I wish I was home to tune in and yell at him through my TV while stabbing pins in my Herbie voodoo doll.

Couple of turnovers would be all it took. I wouldn't be surprised if this was a close game for much of the first half, but blown open in the second.

Auburn is fighting for their lives, at home. This game could have a twist or turn, or two.

Calm down.

It's a game at primetime on his network. It's in ESPN's (his boss, remember?) best interest to have as many people watch as possible.

What's he supposed to say? " hey, it's gonna be a beat down, so watch something else if you wanna see a good football game"??

Excellent points. If we score early and often, we take the crowd out of the game and I think we'll cover. If we don't and say it's a 7 point game at halftime, then the 2nd half could be tough. Our senior leaders have to remind our youngsters to forget the first 3 games and focus on the task at hand.

all 4 did seem to take delight in pointing out the "brain freeze" (their words not mine) about 07 with one second on the clock

that being their "take" of that game and situation says alot about them IMO

If LSU is pumped and prepared, it will be a blowout from the start. My worry is complacency, a steady diet of cupcakes may have this team thinking every game is a gimme.

Auburn is a step up from Washington, if LSU sleepwalks it could be closer than many think. Still think even if the above happens, LSU wakes up in the second half.

What else could LSU have done so far to earn this respect you're talking about? They went undefeated then lost in the NC game last year. They've upgraded on offense and reloaded on defense. They've skullfricked all 3 opponents so far as well as Auburn last year. What else can they do to earn your respect?

Probably beat UF. Alabama and LSU have a problem in that they are so much better than most of their competition that it's difficult to be impressed over the wins so far.

Bama's schedule has been absolutely shitty up to this point. I understand no one being impressed with them so far.

If ND blows them out, I'm writing them off as a good team.
