Glad he's staying. I think he's a good fit for LSU. Just becasue other coaches may be considered better, doen't make them a good fit. As far as Crowton, I was not happy this year with the offense, in fact was an epic fail. But with a new and hopefully more skilled QB coming in or an improved and more consistant Jefferson, I'm willing to give Crowton another year...I think Miles feels the same

I am. I'd still like to know who would be targeted as the number one replacement had he left.

If we can't produce better than 50% offensive production out of 120 teams with a two senior QB's the stable of tailbacks and recievers, the depth at Offensive line then I'm going to be even more irritated than I already am. There will be no excuse at that point.

Yes, I am glad Coach Miles is staying at LSU. Like so many others, my main disagreement is his insistence on keeping Gary Crowton as OC. Unlike what an earlier poster said, I think now would be a great time to bring in another OC, since Mettenberger is here & both could be on the same page. Also a new OC would probably want to hear a new offensive line coach as well and I don't think Miles would stand in his way.

Hell Yes! He's both a winning coach, and a good man.

Until he hires a new offensive coordinator or gets our offense in the top 50 I don't know.

Not really. Our talent always seems to better than our record with Les.

I couldn't be happier; I am a realist.

Plus- it will surely provide more endless laughter at the morons who will continue to bitch at 11+ win seasons.....

Nope. This was our shot to cut bait, and we blew it.

We will be resigned to playing for middle-of-the-road bowl game championships.
