I’m depressed we’ll loose to Yale first round

I’ve totally lost interest. Even if we win “we cheated”. Was excited s couple of weeks ago.

Little of both.
Excited, but then I remember what could have been if certain events are delayed even 30 days.

You don’t give any blame to WW?

That would imply he did something wrong...

So that wasn’t him with the “strong arse offer”?

It makes me sick that, we were about to have perhaps the best season ever, and move perhaps into the elite of NCAA Men's Basketball, with a good young coach but then he turns out to be a cheater (He admitted to making an improper offer to a recruit/his mother/a third party handler.). It all feels tainted.

It's such a sick feeling.
They need to do the right thing and let Wade coach.

With Kavell Bigby-Williams and Emmitt Williams on this team, I hope they lose to Yale.

False.

Some of you really disappoint me.
The Tigers are a 3-seed and will be battling like Hell. We need to give them every ounce of support

I totally agree LSUButt. You're one of the better basketball posters I enjoy on TD. How far do you have this team going in your bracket (assuming we still have Benford)? I think we'll take care of business against Yale and Belmont, but I'm all over the map on potential LSU-Michigan St. game.

I'm excited to see the Tigers in the tournament for one of the few times they've been there in my 20 years, or so, of really following LSU basketball.
But there is a bit of a cloud that's keeping me from feeling as excited as I normally would, and it's the thought of LSU possibly going right back into the black hole they just came out of, as a program.
The thing that has made this season so exciting is not just all of the wins, in and of themselves, but the idea that Wade is building something that will last and possibly elevate this program to elite status.
I had high expectations coming into the year, but it seems like every time I expect something at LSU, in any sport other than baseball, I end up being disappointed. We have good years across the board in most sports, but rarely live up to the hype. But this team lived up to every bit of it, and that makes me believe that Wade is the real deal.
So, to think that he might be kicked out just when he was getting started, is sort of depressing. But I'm still hoping enough pressure from high leverage donors, and the like, will turn this situation around and keep Wade here. Either way, I am still looking forward to seeing the Tigers hopefully making fools of a lot of prognosticators.

People keep trying to depress me...but they can't and won't. I like this team, and I like the kids on this team, I like they are playing for Wayde, and I want them to win so badly to validate the great year they had and to stick the middle finger to all the hypocrites that act as if LSU can't win it...it has to be a school like Kansas, Duke or UNC......PLEASE!!

Do not care. Hopefully we get past the first weekend.
